Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have the receipt or proof of purchase ready.

To initiate a return, please visit http://europeanleagueoffoot.returnscenter.com and enter your order number. If your return is approved, you will receive your return label. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted in accordance with our shop's policies. This means the item must be returned in undamaged condition within the specified timeframe and following the specific return procedures. Refunds will only be granted if the return is made according to our policies. Items that do not meet the return conditions cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like Custom Jerseys), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Travel

The customer can withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. In this case, the organizer can demand reasonable compensation for the travel arrangements made and its expenses. In calculating the compensation, usually saved expenses and usually possible other uses of the travel services are taken into account. Instead, the organizer can claim a lump-sum cancellation compensation in percentages of the travel price:

Four months to 30 days before departure: 20% of the tour price
29 to 22 days before departure: 35% of the tour price
21 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
14 days to one day before departure: 75% of the tour price
